[Icecast] How to configure icecast server

Hello

I would like to broadcast from my iPhone/pad. My source client is koalasan app. I don't see this app in your source client list is this working or do I need the icast app?
The configuration for the icecast server is this done on a PC or must this be done on my iPhone/pad?
Do I have to become an icecast member?
Any help is greatly appreciated thank you
