Hello Brad !!
Looking at http://66.228.49.182:8000/ I see that the Icecast2 server is
running, but is not the Mount Point.
Once the Ices2 client has started (if it is properly configured) must
occur immediately the Mount Point on the Icecast2 server and must remain
so indefinitely.
Once this is achieved, if there is sound or there is not sound is
another story, also depends on the Ices2 client configuration and the
audio levels of the computer where the Ices2 client is running.
