[Icecast] Problems with low frame rate streams

Hello Gabor.
I do not know if you've already found a solution ...
I've made ​​similar experiences, but I have not paid attention to what
happens with an fps = 4.
Did you run ffmpeg2theora ... | oggfwd ... as source client of the
Icecast server ?.
What I can tell you is that using vlc as source client (without X) I
have better results than with ffmpeg2theora + oggfwd. I wanted to use
ffmpeg2theora + oggfwd because I see it more simple, but I had to opt
for vlc as source client.
Both streams of video work, but with ffmpeg2theora + oggfwd in my case
is very slow.
I am using a Pentium IV, maybe if I use a more modern machine I should
not have problems with ffmpeg2theora + oggfwd ... ?
