[Icecast] Multpiple sound cards with ices client?

Hi Keith,

I would assume this would be pretty straightforward - you just have to
define which audio device you're using in ices configuration. I know I
do this as my laptop has an Internal audio chipset, but I use a USB
audio device for streaming.
