[Icecast] Icecast start up script for icecast

We configure the xml according to the documentation on the icecast website
and we placed the icecast directory path which is
icecast/usr/local/etc. When we attempt to start icecast an error come up
*Fatal: error parsing config file [icecast/usr/local/etc/icecast.xml]
*Here is the our information on the server according to SSH:
