So, i have read the xml doc, but, i understood, that with relay
server, i am goingo to mount an "slave" relay server. I need to mount
my server as "master" and (don't know how) make some other (not mine,
like giss.tv) to be the "slave relay server".

you say i can do it setup it up as relay? can you be more especific,
give me some links, etc...
