If you use the sources from Karl Hayes just change some options on the relay like this:

    <master>
        <username>relay</username>
        <password>PASSWORD</password>
        <server>1.2.3.4</server>
        <port>8000</port>
        <redirect>1</redirect>
        <bind>1</bind>
    </master>
