Hi,

Liquidsoap has a video support that is reaching a mature form,
although it's still probably not so stable. Most importantly,
liquidsoap only manipulates raw data, for audio but also video. In
other words video needs to be encoded on the fly (and decoded or
synthesized) which limits the resolution.

BTW, it might be a good idea to start a list of 3rd party apps that
support video.
