[Icecast] Need help on configure Icecast2win

Hi Icecasters,

Please show me a link or post on configure for Icecast2win for Windows XP.

 I have a link from:

However, the configure part was left out. I could not start OddcastV3 after
opened Icecast2win.exe and winamp.

When I clicked Connect on OddcastV3 and Add Encoder, I have had "Vorbis
/44100" Encoder Settings is "connecting", but the field strengh is not moved
left and right.
