[Icecast] Icecast Server doesnt work.

First glance it seems that it can't create its root directories, is your 
install in /usr/share/icecast2 ? If icecast can't set up a mountpoint 
and can't find where the file location for it is the server will always 
error. If it doesn't exist there, you need to edit your config file 
correctly for that, or create it manually, and change the permissions on 
it to match your icecast user.
