[Icecast] What do i have to do to get the song title from any icecast stream?

I have seen many media players like the Coreplayer displaying the song title
(the song that is playing currently), when playing an icecast stream.
e.g. http://72.9.238.242:5555/live , http://72.9.238.242:5555/tamil .

how do i get the song title? is it located within the audio stream data, or
somewhere else?
