As in listening to a stream?
Just go to http://dir.xiph.org and choose a stream you'd like to listen to.

If you run an icecast server yourself and want to get listed there.
Just make sure that yp is enabled in your config and that the source 
client sets the public flag or override it in the appropriate 
<mount>-section of your server config.
