[Icecast] Questions and problems about relaying

Hi David ,

I'm sorry ro the long delay between my answer but I'm out of my country for
3 weeks.

Reading well your message I understand that all the way of icecast relay
need of a public ip for the master server , because the slave connects
itself to the master , and not hte master sends the stream to the slave.

So when you speak about  :

What translators are you talking about?

Something about netcat of linux systems?
