[Icecast] Trouble compiling trunk snapshot

It applied cleanly and the compiler didn't complain.  The linker complained 
because I messed up my configure command and it found an old libvorbis. 
Presumably configure didn't catch it or something.  Anyway it compiled 
cleanly after that.
