[Icecast] winsock2.h: present but cannot be compiled

Hi,

I was trying to compile icecast-2.3.1 in Cygwin 3.4.4. I get the following
warning as the echo of the configure script.

checking winsock2.h usability... no
checking winsock2.h presence... yes
configure: WARNING: winsock2.h: present but cannot be compiled
configure: WARNING: winsock2.h:     check for missing prerequisite headers?
configure: WARNING: winsock2.h: see the Autoconf documentation

checking for winsock2.h... yes

Although the make files are generated, the make fails due to errors in
winsock2.h.
