Not sure if this helps, but I understand it's very similar to Apache log 
format.

http://lists.xiph.org/pipermail/icecast/2006-May/010446.html seems to 
indicate that it's the same as Apache combined log file format except 
there's an extra field for the duration of the connection at the end of the 
entry.
