[Icecast] Winamp Plugin Question

Hi Darrell

I have been using your Nulsoft WMA Input Plugin v1 to play a radio stream
from Classic FM (http://mediasrv-sov.musicradio.com/ClassicFM?.wma) before
sending to Remote Speakers on an Airport Express using a Remote Speakers
Output plugin.

Works really well except for reducing the normal input quality from 128kbps
to 31kbps. In other words, without WMA Plugin installed, it plays at
128kbps.

Any ideas why this happens?
