Muse (open-source, gtk-based) can do that: <http://muse.dyne.org/>.
Liquidsoap <http://savonet.sf.net/wiki/Liquidsoap> (open-source,
scriptable daemon) can do that too, with more automation capabilities.
Liquidsoap relays live shows which can be emitted by another instance
of liquidsoap (not much tested, only alsa support) or another tool
(e.g. muse or darkice). Concerning automation, it has a full range of
operator to schedule tracks: playlists, fallback, random, scheduler,
user-request queues, addition, etc.
