[Icecast] Peak Listeners and Keeping idle mounts

OK i've worked out that #2 is possible be setting a fallback mount to a
music file relative to the icecast http root.  But the peak listeners
still gets reset to 0 every time the source disconnects.  This is very
annoying - is there any way to stop this from happening?  :S
