[Icecast] static file streaming

Hi,
Thanks for the help. It was very useful to know about this m3u thing. It
works now. The root of the problem was that my WinAmp didn't work correctly
(maybe I misconfigure something) :) . Another mp3 player buffered the stream
correctly.
