[Icecast] Icecast auth over MAC address

Hi,

Icecast doesn't support this.
You may set up a firewall however. Netfilter/iptables for example 
supports MAC filtering.
But this only works in a switched network (as Wilson pointed out), if 
routing occurs, MAC addresses get replaced.
