[Icecast] pb accessing admin and web directory

Hi

i've recently installed latest icecast version and i've build a flash player to play icecast streams

i want to retrieve song title info, from admin/stats.xml or web/playlist.log

my problem(s) is (are):

i can access the stats.xml page in admin dir, but not the other pages of this dir

i canno't access any page of web directory...

i've set correct paths in icecast.xml but doesn't seem to change...

any help would be really appreciated
