[Icecast] Is something wrong with ices 2.0-kh60a?

ok, send me your xml, so I know what parts are being used, I have to 
check the code for something else, but it does look to be the libshout 
part from the output below.

btw, which libshout version are you using (just to get something repeatable)

wow, v2.0.0 is old, won't make a difference for the problem above but 
other issues could show up.
