There's no way we can help you if you give us no details at all about
what you're doing with icecast.

To begin with:
 - what version of icecast?
 - what source client are you using?
 - what OS are you using?
 - what are you trying to connect to the server with?
 - what errors are you getting when you try?

More questions will probably follow once you give us some idea what
you're doing.
