[Icecast] I even RTFM and still no joy

Do you have the hostname set correctly?  If not the m3u delivered will 
not work.  If that's not it, do you see any messages in the logs when 
you try to stream?  Try setting loglevel to 4 snd see if anything shows 
up then.

Start with that.
