from what I can understand about your setup, all that is needed is

<mount>
   <mount-name>/letsgozik-HiQ</mount-name>
   <fallback-mount>/letsgozik-HiQ-backup<fallback-mount>
   <fallback-override>1</fallback-override>
</mount>
