[Icecast] IceCast 2.2 MP3 stream and Real Player noise

I tried this and do not see the song title change in real player.  I hear
the glitches, but can't really tell if the metadata update causes another
audio glitch or not, but I suspect that it does.

can you try something for the problem stream. start the stream to
icecast, connect real player such that you hear the glitches, then do a
metadata update via /admin.
