[Icecast] redirect a defunct sc stream to icecast stream

Your example is very helpful. We never used any playlists, so I am 
unfamiliar with the spec, but I found one at winamp.com. It seems to be 
working a little bit. I need to set logging to debug to figure out why my 
sample connection gets stuck redirecting ad inifinitum.
