[Icecast] On Demand Streaming newbie question

Hello @ All,
I have a question about on demand streaming with icecast2.
Could anyone name me resources on the Internet that explain the setup of an
on demand stream with icecast? Or better yet send me a default config that
explains or shows the needed config?
Any help is very welcome!
