[Icecast] relay icecast to shoutcast

thanks - unfortunately the client software (Pd with "shoutcast~") won't
let me set "/" as a mountpoint (or "" for that matter). i've tried
aliasing with <alias source="/" dest="/radio"/> and <alias source="/radio"
dest="/"/> but no joy.
