Introfiles as well as "fallback-to-a-file" is currently implemented in 
Karl's branch (http://svn.xiph.org/icecast/branches/kh/icecast).  One of 
the things next on our agenda is to integrate that, along with his 
url-based authentication, into the mainline icecast trunk.
