I'm using the latest aoTuVb3 tunings and the new -2 quality setting.  At 
44100hz, mono, I'm getting 14khz audio frequency and it doesn't sound too 
bad.  It's the best setting I can find for the fidelity at bitrates around 
26-32kb/s.  I've tried 22050 and 32000 samples at slightly higher quality 
settings, but I prefer the extra treble.
