[Icecast] Noob question about starting stream

A source client like ices 0.4 can feed to stream via icecast to many
listeners so ices itself should not react to new listener connections.

The concept of having a specified introductory file played at listener
connection to a stream is something I have in my branch of icecast and I
intend to merge that with the main release.
