[Icecast] Server Full

Hello all,

I have a problem with error message Icecast server generates. We are using Icecast 2.2.0. User limit is set to 1000. The problem is that  when 1001 user tries to connect server generates Error 404 File Not Found instead of 504 Server Full. What could be reason of such behavior? Thank you in advance.
