[Icecast] streaming non-MP3 formats

Hi There,

There seems to be AAC-LD used in ISDN codecs from
 TELOS http://www.telos-systems.com/ 

Mpeg AAC-LD is AAC low delay, specialy for communication pupuses, it's from 
frauenhoffer
