Either you have copied the same file to different filenames or you have
used an encoder that doesn't use different serial numbers when creating
ogg files.

Many players use the change in the serial number to indicate a new
stream, and therefore new metadata, so ices is preventing it. Either
encode some more files or use a different encoder.
