[Icecast] random playing order and forum location question

You could try Snackamp (it's cross-platform) - it does playlists,
multi-user, shuffle, streaming etc.

To my knowledge it doesn't do reencoding etc like ices does.

I've only dabbled with it but I found it easy enough to set up and run.
