Are you sure it's 128kHz?  This is a rather odd sampling rate.  I've 
personally never come across anything between 96kHz and 192kHz (rates tend 
to be a multiple of 44.1kHz or 48kHz, and 128 is neither).  What audio 
source is this (am curious)?
