[icecast] icecast2 installation problem

i installed icecast2 on linux  and when i run it i get the errors
FATAL: could not open error logging
FATAL: could not open access logging
FATAL: could not start logging
 
i'ved tried changing the icecast.xml file without success.
 
can you help?
