[icecast] Windows source client problems

I've tried both oddcast and ezstream. I've tried Advanced Controls with 
a Mic Boost for extra gain, and I've also tried hooking up my walkman to 
the line in, neither of which seem to work. Again, streaming an MP3 
works just fine.
