[icecast] streaming ogg player embedded in web page

Have you tried talking to the jlGui-guys? Maybe that fix is trivial 
for them, since it should only need a bit more flexibility in 
handling the input stream. We've used their MP3-java-player for quite 
a while now, which is brilliant imho.
