[icecast] Ice 0.3 cannot connect to Icecast2

I hate to be patronising, but you did actually use the correct hostname
value in the above?  I generally feel that it's best to obscure only the
most sensitive information when posting configs, otherwise careless
mistakes can be missed.  The fact that nothing whatever appears in the
icecast log suggests that ices is attempting to connect to the wrong place,
or at the very least, the packets are being turned back/diverted before
they reach icecast.
