[icecast] icecast acceptable headers

The same. ice-* or icy-* headers from the source are forwarded as-is to the 
listening clients, with the exception of the password header, where present.

This means that if the client understands the shoutcast ones, and you use the 
shoutcast ones, it'll work as-is.
