[icecast] no mp3s with ices2!? an other way?

Bear in mind decoding is also subject to patent licensing.  Sending
as-is won't be a problem from a patent point of view, just from a coding
point of view and how it fits in with the config file.

icecast2 supports multiple individual sources, so your not tied to one
source application.
