[icecast] No Metadata with latest icecast2

There's nothing notable or unusual about my config files - they have lots of 
development/experimental things turned on, but nothing that is in any way 
related to metadata. 

If this was a problem anyone else had been having, I would expect there to 
have been more reports of it here (and/or elsewhere), so I think it's almost 
certainly just your setup.
