[icecast] Trouble getting Ices/Icecast2 to stream

I have found that Winamp 2.8 works fine with ogg streams. 

Otherwise, Foobar2000 works very well on Windows too. On my FranceInter
stream it's the second most used client after Winamp 2.8.
