[icecast] Directory listing disappeared

Last week, I upgraded an icecast2 server and enabled the directory code.
The primary streams that run on it showed up nicely. As some may recall, I
had issues with libshout compiling (seems the sources got hosed somehow, a
fresh checkout fixed everything after all else failed), and I just compiled
the latest ices2. I noticed, with some surprise, that the config file
hadn't changed in the 5 months since I'd last upgraded. hmmm. anyway,
without changing a single thing in the xml file, we started the new version
of ices. Everything worked fine ... except our directory listing

Is there some XML magic I need to use now to get directory info published?
The server is now sending out:

ice-public: 0

for this stream, but I don't know if it was doing this before or not (I'm
guessing it wasn't).
