[icecast] My turn to have issues with compiling libshout

Didn't I provide an implementation of rwlocks if pthreads didn't support
them?  If I didn't, I suggest finding one and using it in the case that
there's not a native one.  rwlocks can be built from primitives you
know.. :)  Or at least, I'm pretty sure they can.  That was one of the
reasons I decided to use them in the first place.
