unfortunately not, the functionality needs to work in the vorbis libs
first. As far as I understand it, you will need to build the ogg
file/stream with a peel-tuned vorbis encoder before they can be peeled
with any desirable effect. The encoder inside ices uses the vorbis libs
from xiph and v1.0 does not do that, but hopefully when the video codec
(theora) integration is sorted then this sort of thing can be worked on.
