Forgot to add- Just setup ur oddsock build of Icecast, using winamp 2 with
Oddcast sending high-bitrate audio for ur broadband stream to your Icecast
server.
Then setup StreamTranscoder to read this stream and send another stream back
to the Icecast server at the narrowband bitrate
